Description
Diode laser for experiments on speed of light, fibre optics, transmission of information, developing a basic understanding of the passage of light through different media, slits etc. Emits an intense monochromatic red beam (allows modulation) of wavelength 630-640nm at 0.9mW (Class II operation). Typical beam divergence is approximately 1 millirad. Low voltage operation, either via battery or power supply.
