The Classroom Kit is designed for 30 students. A classic experiment to induce callus from mature carrot tap roots. Beginning callus formation can be observed by the end of the second week. The undifferentiated callus is transferred to shoot development medium and forms roots and shoots. Kit does not include carrots or 70% alcohol.
