HALL EFFECT KIT COMPLETE

Consists of the power unit and the Hall probe. Other equipment required for magnetic experiments include a pair of Helmholtz coils and an Air Cored Solenoid. The power supply provides a special constant current supply (current remains exact even thought the load might alter resistance due to heating) for the solenoids. The unit also reads in mT (milliTesla) as detected by the Hall Effect probe. Ranges are 0-2 A (const.current with up to 25V.DC.available), and 2x range 0-10mT / 0-100mT. Meter can be switched from output Amps to monitor output Volts if desired.
